AstraQuest operates as a performance-based marketing broker connecting advertisers and publishers through inbound and live-transfer call campaigns. We do not guarantee volume or conversion; results depend on campaign configuration, filters, and market performance.
All campaigns are subject to verification, approval, and compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent a company or entity to engage with AstraQuest as a publisher or advertiser.
By joining the AstraQuest publisher network, you agree to:
Generate traffic and calls through lawful, compliant, and pre-approved methods only.
Avoid misleading ads, spam, incentivized traffic, or unauthorized third-party transfers.
Provide accurate contact and payment information.
Cooperate with quality checks and call audits to ensure compliance.
Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
As an advertiser, you agree to:
Define target criteria, call filters, and campaign KPIs in writing before launch.
Pay only for verified, qualified calls as defined by mutual agreement.
Provide accurate feedback and reporting to support performance optimization.
Maintain compliance with TCPA, FTC, and state regulations for call handling and recording.
AstraQuest reserves the right to pause or terminate campaigns that breach compliance or quality standards.
Publishers are paid on a net-weekly or custom cycle based on verified call volume.
Advertisers are invoiced per campaign terms.
All payments are processed via approved methods (ACH, wire, or PayPal).
Disputes over call quality or billing must be reported within 7 business days of invoice or report delivery.
Any data shared between AstraQuest, advertisers, and publishers — including campaign structure, lead routing, or reporting — is considered confidential business information.
Parties agree not to disclose, duplicate, or misuse this data outside the scope of the active agreement.
